Help Heroes Fight Spam
At Heroes we have a strict policy against spam. If you feel you have been
spammed by any of the Heroes sites please report it to us immediately
so that we can take action against it.
If you have received unsolicited emails please follow these steps:
- If you have an Heroes Affiliate account and you have received the email from Customer Support log into you your account go to "My Details" and uncheck the box labelled "Please send me special offers."
- If you do not have an Heroes Affilaite account or the email is not
from Customer Support please forward the
email to our Email Abuse department at the email listed below.
- If you do not feel the issue has been resolved please contact Customer
Support with your details and they will respond immediately.
Heroes does not condone spam. Any form of spam by a Heroes Affiliate will result in your account being closed and all funds due being withheld as in our
Terms and Conditions.
